  • Cash crop is a crop that’s grown to be sold in the market and to make profit. It is not grown for the consumption of the farmers or for any of their personal uses such as food for their cattle etc. Cash crops generate income for the country it is grown in. Among India’s most common cash crops are rice, wheat, maize and cotton.

  • Albert Einstein was born in Ulm, Germany to parents Hermann Einstein and Pauline Einstein, in 1879.
  • The 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics was awarded to Albert Einstein “for his services to Theoretical Physics, and especially for his discovery of the law of the photoelectric effect.”
  • He published four papers in 1905, representing his most creative work. These papers were about the Quantum theory, Brownian motion (existence of atoms), Electrodynamics of moving bodies and the most famous equation in the world – the E=MC2 equation, that established the relationship between mass and energy. At this time, he was just 26 years old.
